All materials produced by Inception Video, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and scripts, remain the property of Inception Video until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client will receive a license for use, as specified in the service agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inception Video will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inception Video against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the use of the services.
9. Governing Law
